Join Morehead-area colleagues from 6:00PM-8:00PM (ET) on Tuesday, December 3rd at the St. Claire Center for Health, Education, and Research. Alexandra Barnhart of Kenney Orthopedics will present “Understanding Orthotics and Prosthetics to Produce Better Outcomes.” Learning objectives include:

·         Understand how different microprocessor prosthetic knees function to improve gait training

·         Discuss orthotic and prosthetic interventions for the upper limb, including the myopro, finger prostheses, and pattern recognition

·         Discuss AFO and stance control treatment, evaluation, and long-term modifications
